My meeting with Tyrenis, 

Our first conversation took place in the summer of 2022. I must admit that at the beginning, I often took him for a madman. Then as we talked, I began to understand a lot of things. He arrived at a time in my life when everything was blurred, he knew how to put his finger on certain sensitive points, and that's when the work began.

I was looking for a book on Norse shamanism .

I recently got out of what I now realize was a very toxic 5 year relationship and after getting out of that, I felt a part of me....

A very important part was lost at some point during those 5 years. The days passed and I started to feel better, but not quite And then I found your book The Shaman of the North and I was very attracted to it, so I bought it.

And while I was reading the part where Tyrenis talks about how alcohol can provoke your inner animal, I saw with new eyes one night that I now realize was the last night I was truly in touch with my inner wolf and understand better why things happened the way they did. So, as I was reading, this memory came to me.

I was reliving every part of it and as you describe what it feels like to awaken your inner animal, I was reliving it and suddenly I felt this taste of blood in my mouth and I guess the urge to hunt, a rush of energy came over me 
and for the first time in 3 years, I felt the wolf inside me again...

 For years I could feel it but as if it was asleep. Now I realize that with this relationship, I lost a part of myself, and what's worse, whether I wanted to or not, I kind of hid it, denied it, even.
