I recently got out of what I now realize was a very toxic 5 year relationship and after getting out of that, I felt a part of me....

A very important part was lost at some point during those 5 years. The days passed and I started to feel better, but not quite And then I found your book The Shaman of the North and I was very attracted to it, so I bought it.

And while I was reading the part where Tyrenis talks about how alcohol can provoke your inner animal, I saw with new eyes one night that I now realize was the last night I was truly in touch with my inner wolf and understand better why things happened the way they did. So, as I was reading, this memory came to me.

I was reliving every part of it and as you describe what it feels like to awaken your inner animal, I was reliving it and suddenly I felt this taste of blood in my mouth and I guess the urge to hunt, a rush of energy came over me and for the first time in 3 years, I felt the wolf inside me again...

 For years I could feel it but as if it was asleep. Now I realize that with this relationship, I lost a part of myself, and what's worse, whether I wanted to or not, I kind of hid it, denied it, even.

My meeting with Tyrenis, 

Our first conversation took place in the summer of 2022. I must admit that at the beginning, I often took him for a madman. Then as we talked, I began to understand a lot of things. He arrived at a time in my life when everything was blurred, he knew how to put his finger on certain sensitive points, and that's when the work began.

Little by little, the chains fell off. Thanks to him, I now understand what is inside me and little by little I let him in, because this is nothing else than my deepest self.

He became my brother, he helped me to live the worst moment of my life, the loss of a parent.

Today, following his help and advice, I am able to manage my emotions better and I evolve with lightness, I feel free and calm.

All the work that we have accomplished, has also allowed me to find my other half.

You can go to him in all confidence, he is of a great wisdom and a great interior generosity.

Throughout my life, I have helped many people on their awakenings, and spiritual evolution. I have found that many people have this unhappiness in them of being incomplete. And to seek this place which is theirs.
Throughout these follow-ups, I had an immense pleasure to be able to change their lives.They were very grateful to see someone who listened to them, who understood their problem, but who also knew how to solve it, because it affected their lives and often also their health.   • Tyrenis Hansen, known under the pen name "Tyrenis Mickaelson" was born in France, of a Norwegian writer father and a Danish mother who is a recognized teacher in the field of shamanism in Denmark. - At a very young age,
  • Tyrenis received an apprenticeship and experience through the teaching of his mother and father.
